Return Window & Eligibility
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Art Supplies Retail-Specific Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used paints, inks, and adhesives
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Digital goods, including downloadable content
- Hygiene products, such as brushes and sponges that have been opened
- Perishable items, including certain specialty materials
Return Condition Requirements
All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Items that are damaged, marked, or altered will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [email protected]. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost, and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
